Refunds & Returns
Refunds and returns are on a case-by-case basis as long as a concern is brought to our attention within two weeks of delivery. Please email a photo of your defective or incorrect order to kristin@jamesandjane.co so that we are able to improve our products or get the proper product out to you.
Shipping
Our shipping charges are always the $5 flat-rate. Orders usually ship within 1-3 business days of receiving cleared payment. All orders will ship to the address provided in Shopify. Orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage. We are not responsible for the package once it has been handed off to USPS for delivery. USPS can be reached directly at +1 (800) 275-8777 for any questions or updates regarding your order. You will need the tracking number provided by me via e-mail when you purchased your item. If you do not enter an e-mail when purchasing your items, we will be unable to send you this information.
Referral Program
This policy outlines the terms and conditions for participation in the James & Jane Co. Referral Program. By participating, you agree to abide by these terms.
1. Program Overview
The James & Jane Co. Referral Program rewards referrers for introducing new customers (Referees) to our products/services.
2. Eligibility
Referrers: Open to all active James & Jane Co. customers.
Referees: Must be new customers who have not previously purchased from or engaged with James & Jane Co.
3. How the Program Works
Referrer: As a Referrer, you will receive a unique referral code. Share this code with friends, family, and colleagues who you believe would be interested in our products.
Referee: When a Referee makes their first purchase, the discount will be applied automatically at checkout.
4. Referral Discount Usage
One-Time Use Per Referee: Each referral discount can only be used once by a Referee. Once a Referee has successfully used a discount for their initial purchase, that specific code cannot be used by them again.
Referrer Rewards: Referrers will receive one 10% discount code per successful referral. The discount code will be sent to the email address associated with the Referrer's account. For security purposes, codes will only be sent to the verified email address on file.
5. Referral Activities and Status
Your pending and successful referrals can be accessed on the Referral Program page upon signing in. Once your referee has made their purchase using your referral URL, your coupon code will become active and ready to use.
6. Prohibited Activities
Participation in the referral program is subject to ethical conduct. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
Spamming (e.g., unsolicited commercial emails).
Misleading advertising or false claims about James & Jane Co. products.
Using automated systems or bots to generate referrals.
Self-referrals (a Referrer cannot use their own referral code).
Any other activity deemed unethical or fraudulent by James & Jane Co.
James & Jane Co. reserves the right to disqualify any participant and/or withhold rewards if fraudulent or unethical activity is suspected.
7. Program Modifications
James & Jane Co. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program or any aspect thereof, at any time and without prior notice, at its sole discretion. Any changes will be posted on this policy page.

We find sellers that we trust to deliver us a quality product so that we can continue to deliver products to our customers that we can be proud of. In instances where a primary raw material is unavailable or its price becomes prohibitive, we may choose to use high-quality alternatives. When market conditions are favorable, we may purchase raw materials in larger quantities to secure better pricing and safeguard against anticipated future cost increases.
2. Transparent Pricing:
The cost of our raw materials is a significant factor in the final price of our products. Our pricing model is designed to be fair and transparent, reflecting the current market realities. Our baseline pricing is determined using a cost-plus model. This means we calculate the total cost of production, including raw materials, labor, and overhead, and add a standard markup to determine the selling price. Due to the fluctuating nature of raw material costs, the final price of a product may vary from one production batch to the next. These adjustments are a direct reflection of changes in our input costs. We are committed to keeping these adjustments as minimal as possible.
3. Communicating Price Changes:
We believe in open and honest communication with our customers. Our website and official price lists will always reflect the most current pricing.
